Energy Transformation
This group is an invitation to explore love and relating from a space of truthfulness, trust and creativity. You will understand the inner secrets between man and woman in a new light, and experiment with meeting each other in deep friendship. When the other becomes your mirror, a new quality of love arises that grows out of meditation. Loneliness becomes aloneness, and giving and receiving become unconditional.
Tantra Energy
Knowing ourselves as energy and having the experience of it will open us to an illusion less vision where love and silence are expanded. The body is the temple of Tantra: bringing awareness in the body will be the first step for any transformation. Trusting the wisdom of the body we can live again the orgasmic flow of our bio-energy.
Tantra Experience
Daily meditation times are devoted to exploring the suggested ‘Love keys’, which enables participants to discover this new language trough direct experience. It is a shift away from our emotional past, into the experience of being and feeling, where sexual rapport increase love and harmony between man and woman.
Tantra for Couples
This process is an invitation to discover together – and alone – Osho’s vision of Tantric love. In relationship we often hold on to hold habits loosing that sensation of wonder and innocence that was the starting force of the meeting itself. In this course you will learn to let go in to the eternal flow of life and love. Some rituals, techniques and meditation will be used to intensify the awareness and the presence in the moment. As a result many physical, emotional and relationship issues can be resolved.
UnioMystica: Male Female inner Merge
How at ease are you with the fact that on the inside you are both male and female – your outer form notwithstanding. Do you live your masculine and feminine qualities to their optimum? Do you even know the inner “other half?”
In this course we will explore and experience both the energies to the full, for instance: the ability to receive and to love; the power to move in the world, the relaxation to stay at home; feeling deeply, disciplining the will.
Our male and female energies are not just opposites, they weave into each other. In this energy exploration, you will become conscious of the cosmic dance, within your body, here now. Your relationship to yourself and to others will benefit.
Male Female: Magnifying the Polarity
The “juice” in our primary, intimate, relationships is based on the attraction of polar opposites. Male and female are drawn together like the poles of a magnet. It is a magnetic force, a force of nature. When you become sensitive to, and can consciously play with, the flow of this polarity you master the art of keeping the passion of intimacy alive over time.
Unless we consciously practice the art of cultivating our essential polarity, the passion in our intimacy will always tend to decrease over time; we unconsciously neutralize the polarity through our behavior and misunderstandings. In this course we will consciously work on magnifying the flow of polarity and becoming sensitive to the type of the energy that we are putting out. You learn to feel in the moment when polarity decreases or increases. With this sensitivity we can choose to increase polarity, thus magnifying passion and love in our intimate relationship. The ground of this process is the inquiry into the female and male energies, and guided meditations.
