Introduction

During the ongoing Saturdays and Sundays, we will explore the
different meditation tools available to us in this modern day.
Using techniques from Osho, Louise Hay and other authors, we will
be exposed to a variety of elements that comprise our well being.
There are several varied and very effective 60 minutes meditation
techniques formulated exactly for someone like us - methods that
practiced regularly, stop us from accumulating tension and let
us shake off whatever stress we may have collected in the course
of the day. In this presentation of meditation techniques, we
also bring awareness into our daily life, and find how to be present
and fine-tune our people skills. They are perfect for fast-lane
living.
During the "Healing the Inner Child" workshop we will
be exploring the forgotten child inside each one of us, and get
in touch with the innocence, the creativity, the playfulness and
the joy of being in the moment. During the ongoing Saturday and
Sunday classes of "Healing the Inner Child", we will
deeply explore the wounds of the inner child in attempt to be
present to them in a healing and safe environment.
During the "Opening to Self Love" workshop, we will
be exploring the masks of the personality and practice acceptance
to completely love ourselves. During the Saturday and Sunday classes
of "Opening to Self Love" we will explore deeply those
parts of ourselves that we reject, to welcome them into our totality.
We urge to experience each one of the meditation techniques,
just play with them, not to be serious, not to make efforts or
discipline yourself, but play and enjoy and bring something new
and fresh into your life.
Early one morning before sunrise a fisherman arrived at a river.
On the bank he stumbled against something and found it to be a
small sack of stones. He picked up the sack and putting his net
aside, sat and await the sunrise. He was waiting for dawn to brake
in order to start his days work. Lazily he picked a stone out
of the bag and threw it into the quite river. Then he cast another
stone, and then another. In the silence of the early morning he
liked the splashing sound so he kept tossing the stones in the
water one by one.
Slowly the sun rose and it became light. By that time he had
thrown all the stones away except one. The last stone lay in his
palm. His heart almost failed him; he was breathless when he saw
by the daylight what he held in his hand. It was a diamond! He
had thrown a whole sack of them away. This was the last piece
in his hand. He shouted. He cried. He had accidentally stumbled
upon so much wealth that his life would have been enriched many
times over. But in the darkness, unknowingly, he had thrown it
all away.
In a way that fisherman was fortunate. Still one diamond was
left and the light had dawned before he had thrown the last diamond
too.
The events that are about to come are a revelation of the art
of living. There will be a stairway for descending deep into life.
Up to now, everything has been done to hide, to suppress, to forget
rather than to understand, rather to explore.
